Sprint Engineering Recruitment is a division of Sprint Recruitment Ltd, established in 2002 to focus on providing service engineer jobs, vacancies and the highest quality recruitment service to the engineering industry in the UK, specialising in the recruitment and placement of field engineering staff.

Our established management team was brought together to encompass proven strengths in engineering recruitment, business services and project management gained with leading organisations within the engineer recruitment industry and in the manufacturing and service industries. Each manager is dedicated to creating an open environment of continuous improvement and instilling a strong sense of responsibility throughout the company.

With consistent year-on-year growth and an expanding team of dedicated and well-trained consultants, we have recently completed a move to new, larger premises to focus on further expansion of our team, alongside growth of our other specialist division Sprint Sales Recruitment. Our new offices again provide comfortable and private meeting rooms for our clients to conduct interviews on our premises, and allow us to carry out continuous in-house training of our consultants, to ensure that we are offering the best possible service to candidates and clients.

As a totally independent and wholly privately owned company, we believe in providing our staff with the best possible IT systems and access to the best web-based resources, freeing them from time-consuming administrative tasks and allowing them to concentrate on providing a quality recruitment service. It is our staff who make the difference – friendly, approachable and professional, they all have previous engineering and/or sales experience and so fully understand what being a successful field service person is all about.
