Field Service Engineer - Speech Transfer Systems
This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join the service team of one of the leading suppliers of Speech Transfer Systems with an excellent starting salary and package.
JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer
TERRITORY: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Essex,
BASED: North London Area
SALARY: £19.5k + Overtime + Bonus

THE ROLE
Based from home ideally in a location that will prove easy access into the North London area, this is an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join the service team of one of the leading suppliers of Speech Transfer Systems with an excellent starting salary and package.
Responsibilities will include:
- Install, service and maintain Speech Transfer Systems.
- Plan and prioritise jobs assigned by the service delivery team ensuring completion to designated timescales.
- Complete and return all paperwork to the service delivery team to agreed standards and timescales.
- All expenses claims documented accurately.
- Advise on additional equipment needed.
- Advise sales team when needed.
- Call out Rota (no more than 1 week per month)
The candidate must have experience as a field service engineer, with good communication skills and understand the importance of good customer service. Any experience with dealing with speech transfer systems or related electronic equipment would be an advantage; however this is not essential as they offer full training; candidates with experience in servicing white goods, brown goods, vending machines, photocopiers or similar are also of particular interest.
It's also very important that any applicants don't have any more than 3 points on their driving license.
