TERRITORIES: Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, South East, Home Counties, Kent, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, occasional UK wide
BASED: North London area
SALARY: £18k - £22k + Overtime + Bonus

THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for a Service Engineer to join the service team of one of the UKs leading providers of Water and Waste Water Treatment solutions. The role involves;
Service and repair the companys equipment on customer sites.
Maintenance of equipment in accordance with service schedules.
Assist with equipment commissioning where required.
Plan service work as required
Build close relationships with customers for ongoing service business
Contribute to service sales by recommending and quoting service contracts, spares, upgrades and or media replacements
Generate sales leads for company products and feed-back to relevant business section
Work closely with the service management team and engineers to help grow the service business and related sales products.
Attend regular reviews for service feedback and product development
The ideal candidate will have a good engineering qualification, experience with water treatment processes, basic management skills and have good customer service skills. There will also be a full training program in place.
